Our most popular full size heating pad is designed to provide direct relief to neck, back, shoulder, and knee injuries where heat is required.  This flexible pad will provide over an hour of heat when properly insulated and folds neatly for reuse.  

Common uses:

• Direct heat to neck, back, shoulder and knee
• Keep in car for use after skiing or surfing
• Lower back relief when sitting
• Wrap around knee
• Place in pillow case

To use, simply press the stainless steel trigger until crystals form.  Massage to desired softness. 

To reuse, fold and place in boiling water until crystals completely dissolve (approx 20 minutes).  To avoid melting the medical grade vinyl, wrap in a towel before boiling.  Let cool to room temperature before reusing.  Never freeze or microwave.
